Tanning Goggles for Indoor Tanning

The purpose of the goggle is to protect your eyes from the harmful effects of ultraviolet (UV) light. It is essential to wear goggles for indoor tanning every time you attend a session.
Tanning goggles come in a variety of colors and shapes, but most important is finding a pair that is uncracked and will fit your face snugly.
Refusing to wear goggles inside a tanning bed is very dangerous and over time can cause long-term damage to your eye sight.
To protect your eyesight during a visit to a salon, it is suggested that you get a pair of FDA regulated goggles for indoor tanning. You can usually purchase these at the salon or borrow a pair from the front desk.
As we are talking about tanning goggle, it is possible to allocate two types: common goggles and goggles with optical lenses for correction of these or those sight infringements.
Do not wear dark glasses without reason. Constant wearing of these goggles leads to occurrence of a photophobia, when even that quantity of light which easy maintains a normal eye, leads to pains in eyes which do not wear their habitual dark glasses.

This is the basic requirements to choose tanning goggle:
1. Your goggles should weaken light in a ultraviolet strip of 320-390 nanometers, accelerating development of a cataract.
2. We need to choose goggle which is can weaken visible light up to comfortable sensation.
3. Tanning goggle should block light of a ultra-violet range of shorter than 320 nanometers, causing burns of a cornea and conjunctivitis;
4. In addition, it should weaken light of a dark blue range (390-450 nanometers), dangerous to a retina of an eye and being the reason of photo-retinitis (a light burn of a retina)
